Quote Terms & Conditions

Validity – Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and subject to change without notice as stipulated by the OEM at receipt of order.

Delivery – Stock Subject to availability upon receipt of order, lead-time will be advised if necessary. Scheduled deliveries can be requested.

Price – Catalog changes are normally annual but are subject to change without notice.

Condition – Product is factory new and certifications unless otherwise stated.

Rubber Products – Conforms to ARP5316 – Storage of Elastomer Seals and Seal Assemblies.

Documentation – Factory New products are shipped with MFG CofC and/or
FAA 8130-3 TAG (as applicable). All other conditions are as specified.

Customer Purchase Order Requirements –

$30.00 minimum line item

$100.00 minimum Domestic

$300.00 minimum International

 

Payment Terms – Open account can be re-established through the application and approval process. American Express, Master Card, and Visa credit cards are accepted. The first order can be expedited through bank wire transfer, ACH, credit cards, or C.O.D. payments. WAI offers stand-by and standard bank letters of credit.

Export – Buyer is responsible for obtaining all licenses (as required).

Inspection – Seller agrees that its plant, or such parts thereof, as may be engaged in performance of the quote shall be subject to inspection by Buyer and its authorized representative during normal business hours.

Miscellaneous:

Defense Articles: Consistent with current U.S. laws and regulations pertaining to the sale of military equipment application and end use of product must be acquired and retained by the manufacturer and seller. A U.S. government solicitation or contract number is acceptable in lieu of application and end user. In the event an application, end user or U.S. government solicitation or contract number is not provided at the time of quotation/purchase order submittal, your document will not be accepted.

 

Products that are identified as Commercial/Dual Usage may require this information.
